I started smoking when i was 30 - so, 25 yrs now...I don't want to do it anymore - have quit 5 times - this will be the last time - my life, my kids/grandkids lives are my motivation - plus the smell!

My main reason is that the time seems right. I've put off quitting for some time despite feeling generally disgusted with my current smoking habit. In the past I enjoyed smoking but over time the novelty wore off and I started to notice the negative impact it was having on my physical health. I work out and eat right so smoking does not fit in the lifestyle I want for myself. No more gross breath, coughs and stomach aches (or at least less.)
