My main reasons for quitting are my health--last time I had a flu, I had a cough that cracked a rib--not good! I knew I was addicted when I thought I was feeling better because I could smoke more--bad eh? I enjoy not smelling like an ashtray. I think it will help my energy level as I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have quit now for 15 days and if I got through the withdrawal of the last 2 wks it should be ok, except when I have a few beers, I will have to watch for that.

My main reason for quitting is that my body has been giving me warning signals and it's time to quit. It will make my partner happy to be able to kiss a person and not an ashtray. I will go back to Ontario Laser Health for boosters and will use relaxation techniques to keep me quit. My cravings so far has lasted about 5 minutes and as long as I can sidetrack myself I'll soon be Igor's Patsy No More.
